Dr. Worch is a licensed marriage and family therapist and has over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families facing relational, mental, and emotional health challenges.
Credentials & Specialties
Dr. Worch holds a doctorate in Human Sciences with a specialization in Couple and Family therapy, as well as masters degrees in Counseling and Experimental psychology. She has clinical experience in a range of settings including equine assisted therapy environments, inpatient psychiatric units, university and group practice settings, and private practice.
Dr. Worch has worked with clients presenting with a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, communication and intimacy problems, infidelity, life transitions, meaning and purpose, anger management, relationship tension, coping, addictions, caregiving in the family, grief, and trauma, among other challenges.

As a licensed psychotherapist, Dr. Worch provides intentional and high quality care to fit the needs of each client that she serves. She works with clients to improve relationships, navigate life's challenges, increase clarity of mind, and expand awareness of personal and relational strengths and options.
Dr. Worch tailors therapy services to fit each client's goals, and thus uses a wide range of evidence-based clinical models such as Gottman, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), acceptance and mindfulness-based models, solution-focused and strength-based models, and family systems therapies, among others.
