Dr. Worch's family background consists of a balance between Eastern and Western values, which she maintains with a purposeful, spiritual focus in her day-to-day interactions. She is a proponent of peace, gratitude, and working through life's challenges. Dr. Worch tailors therapy services to fit the personal goals of her clients. She works with clients to improve relationships, navigate challenges, increase clarity of mind, and expand awareness of personal and relational strengths and options. Dr. Worch is dedicated to helping clients experience peace and develop a clear path moving forward.

EXPERIENCE

Dr. Worch has over 15 years of clinical experience with individuals, couples, and families facing relational, emotional, and mental health challenges. She has experience in many different clinical settings, including equine assisted therapy environments, inpatient psychiatric units, university settings, and group private practices. Dr. Worch has worked alongside clients with a range of challenges such as divorce, abuse, infidelity, co-dependency, drug and alcohol abuse, depression, suicidal ideations, life transitions, parenting concerns, communication, trauma, anger, stress management, caregiving, coping, and anxiety, among other challenges.
